Adonis-The identity of Kaitou Ace in his former life.

Amano-Nerd-boy first appearing in Act 3. Sort of a proto-Umino. Giant crush on Minako, of course. I think his family name is Gurikazu, or maybe it's the other way around--he's referred to as "Gurikazu-kun" in Act 6.

Aoyama-A member of Saitou's gang. Actually, I think this is a nickname, because "Aoyama" seems to be the name of the place Saitou and his gang are from.

Attacks-Sailor V has an arsenal of weapons:

Avextrax Productions-The production company Saijou Ace belongs to. Managed by Mary Linlin.

Baishaku Shinrou-Manga publisher or editor over Marie-sensei, the author of "Aurora Wedding" in Act 12. Hires Minako to act as Marie's copy assistant. At the end of the act, he marries Marie.

Boss-Who or what Artemis takes orders from-never identified.

Chuu-chuu-The insect girl from Act 13. Younger sibling of Nyan-nyan and Wan-wan. Disguises herself as a doctor taking blood donations.

Danburite-Flourite's superior in the Dark Agency. First appears in Act 5. Eventually appears as

Dark Agency-The bad guys in Sailor V.

Dark Guys-An idol group of three guys, brothers. Clones; may be related to Pandora.

Dark Princess-Yet another MOTD disguised as an idol singer.

Twin Dark-An idol group of two girls, sisters to the Dark Guys. More clones.

Debrine-Villain of Act 9.

Disguises-SailorV has disguise power. She uses it to appear as:

Electronic Fighter Girl Luga-Game and villain of Act 6.

Fande-Dark Agency villain of Act 10. Evil cosmetics, the same sort of line Cooan will go into. Clones include Liquid Fande, Water Fande, Solid Fande, etc. AKA "Heroine Maker."

Flourite-One of the higher members of the Dark Agency. Flourite is a woman.

Haneda-A girl taken with Higashi/Narkissos. A little older than Minako, but she is still in middle school when Minako is in 7th grade.

Hibiskos-Villain of Act 7, when Minako and her mother (and Wakashi) go to Greece.

Hikaru--Minako's oldest friend, from elementary school. Sort of the equivalent of Naru to Usagi.

Higashi-handsome schoolboy who turns out to be the first monster from the Dark Agency Sailor V defeats. Ironically it is Higashi who suggests that Minako wear a red ribbon in her hair. Real identity: Narkissos.

Kaitou Ace-First appears in Act 10. Sailor-V's Cape Boy. Means literally "mysterious thief," Kaitou Ace is also a character in a TV show where he plays a sort of Raffles or Saint character. The actor is "Saijou-kun."

Attacks:

Linda Evangeligeli-Star of the "Aurora Wedding" TV series.

Linlin, Mary-Head of Avextrax Productions. Actually a Dark Agency minion.

Luna the Dog-Appears in Act 12. Owned by Baishaku Shinrou, a manga publisher or editor. Turns out to be a Dark Agency minion. A guy in normal form, Wan-wan. Sibling of Nyan-Nyan and Chuu-Chuu.

Marie-(sensei)-Creator of a manga called "Aurora Wedding" in Act 12

Mazeran Castle-Sailor V/Sailor Venus' castle. It floats above Aphrodite Terra, on Venus. (Venus has two upland areas that would be continents if Venus had oceans. The other one is Ishtar Terra).

Mike Makki-The girl villain from Act 14.

Motoki-Yes! Motoki first shows up in Sailor-V, in the second act.

Naru-Shows up with Usagi for a brief appearance in Act 6.

Nyan-Nyan-The cat-transforming villain of Act 11.

Okamoto, Miss-A new home economics teacher at Minako's school in Act 8. Nickname "Okappii."

Otonaru Maiku-A quarter-Russian boy from Minako's school. He has a heart condition. Very thin; nickname is "Toothpick." After Minako saves him from Mike Makki, he marries his pen pal from Russia.

Pandora-Villain for Act 3 posing as an idol singer.

Petite Pandora-Villain for Act 4 posing as an idol singer. Sister of Pandora.

Rei-Shows up with an anonymous girl friend in Act 6. Identified only as "Hino-san."

Shiba Middle School-Where Minako goes.

Saijou Ace-The actor who plays Kaitou Ace, and the real Kaitou Ace as well. He has two other identities as well, which will break Minako's heart.

Saitou-Appears in Act 8 as the leader of a youth gang. Not to be accused with Saijou, the civilian identity of Kaitou Ace.

Sakurada Natsuna-Superintendent-General of the Metropolitian Police Board. Kind of has a crush on Sailor V, which frustrates Wakagi-san to no end. Also, she has the same family name as Haruna, Usagi's long-suffering teacher, leaving rather interesting fanfiction possibilities. Actually catches Minako transforming in Act 10.

Swallowtail Kamen-The hero in the manga and TV series "Aurora Wedding."

Takuro-A boy Sailor-V beats up in Act 2 for acting like a hentai. He may have seen her transformed, but apparently he doesn't know who Minako is.

Twin Dark-An idol group of two girls, sisters to the Dark Guys. More clones.

Usagi-They don't meet and speak yet, but odongo atama shows up at the Crown Game Center at the end of Act 5, and again at a bridal shop (with Naru) in Act 12.

Vivian-Villain in Act 8 who leads a youth gang opposing Saitou's.

Wakagi Toshio-Head of the special police division investigating Sailor V. Special Officer of the Metropolitan Police Board; 27 when Minako was 13.

Wakagi's Brother-Sorry, no other name. Appears in Act 7, where he is taken over by a villain and becomes Aloha Kamen, one of the sillier MOTD's.

Wan-wan-Guy who disguises himself as Luna the Dog in Act 12. Sibling of Nyan-Nyan and Chuu-chuu.
